Juan is the President and a principal of TriStar Engineering Group, Inc. Juan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. He is a registered professional engineer in Florida and Puerto Rico, and his experience includes over 15 years of commissioning, project management and installation of mechanical equipment in the healthcare, mission critical, hospitality, and government market sectors. His specialty is the complete integration of complex training/simulation systems with the hosting facility for the U.S. Navy. Juan proudly served the United States Army as an Airborne Ranger in the 1ST Ranger Battalion.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University, SPSU, in Marietta, Georgia. He is a registered professional engineer in Georgia and his experience includes over 25 years of design and commissioning of mechanical systems in a variety of facility types. This includes healthcare, hospitality, mission critical, and office buildings to name a few. Prior to attending SPSU Bob served as a machinery technician in the United States Coast Guard and was responsible for maintenance of ship and land mechanical systems.
